What do I need to apply?
Usually recent pay stubs, W2s or tax returns, bank statements, and a photo ID. We'll send a simple checklist so nothing is a surprise.
What is the difference between a broker and a bank?
A bank offers only its own loans. As a broker we compare options from many lenders on your behalf to help you find a strong fit.
