What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring a valid, unexpired government photo ID such as a driver license or passport, plus the unsigned documents. Do not sign anything until we are together.
Do you travel to me?
Yes. As a mobile notary we come to your home, office, hospital, or cafe anywhere in the Denver metro at a time that works for you.
What does it cost?
General notarizations are billed per signature at the state rate, plus a small travel fee for mobile visits. Loan signings are a flat fee we confirm when you book.
Can you do loan signings and closings?
Yes. We are a certified loan signing agent and handle real estate closings, refinances, and seller packages with care and accuracy.
Are you available evenings and weekends?
Yes. We offer evening and weekend appointments and can often schedule same day or next day.
