Dr. Elias Vasquez, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy · Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist

Dr. Vasquez has spent over a decade helping Denver patients recover from injuries and surgeries, from weekend hikers with sore knees to athletes chasing a comeback. He believes recovery works best when you understand your plan, so every session ends with clear next steps and exercises you can actually do at home.

When he is not in the clinic, you will find him trail running in the foothills or coaching youth soccer.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?
No. Colorado is a direct access state, which means you can book an evaluation without a physician referral. Some insurance plans still ask for one, and we will check that for you before your first visit.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing you can move in, like athletic shorts or leggings and a t-shirt. If we are treating your knee, hip, or shoulder, clothing that lets us see and reach the area helps.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your injury and goals. After your evaluation your therapist gives you an honest estimate, and most patients see meaningful progress within four to six visits.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. We accept most major plans, including Medicare, and we verify your benefits before treatment begins so there are no surprise bills.
