Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Effective date: July 1, 2026

Who we are

PageFront ("we," "us") builds and hosts websites for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions? Email info@pagefront.co.

Information we collect

From business owners (our customers), via our intake and edit forms:

Business details (name, type, services, hours, location, reviews); your contact info (email, phone); any photos or content you upload; billing information (processed by Stripe, we don't store card numbers); and marketing attribution data (for example, how you found us).

From visitors to the sites we build for clients:

When a visitor submits a booking or contact form on a client's site, we process the details they enter (such as name, phone or email, and message) solely to deliver that enquiry to the business owner. We do not store it or use it for our own purposes.

How we use information

To design, build, host, and maintain your website; to deliver booking and contact enquiries to the relevant business owner; to process subscription billing; to contact you about your site and service; and to improve our service.

Service providers we share data with (processors)

We use trusted third parties to run the service, each only for its function: Netlify (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and form delivery), Cloudinary (image storage), Anthropic (generates site copy), Pexels (stock images), Stripe (payments), Resend and Google/Gmail (email delivery), and HubSpot (our CRM). We don't sell personal information.

Roles for client-site visitor data

For data submitted by visitors on a client's website, the business owner is the data controller and PageFront acts as a processor delivering that data to them.

Cookies & analytics

When you arrive at pagefront.co from an ad or a tracked link, we store ad-click identifiers (such as gclid, fbclid, and UTM parameters) in your browser's localStorage so we can attribute your enquiry to the right campaign. This information is included with your form submission if you contact us.

We may also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site, and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel tracking to measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings or the opt-out tools those providers offer.

Photos you upload through our forms are stored with Cloudinary, our image hosting provider. Details you submit through our forms go to our internal systems (n8n and HubSpot) so we can build your site and respond to you.

Data retention

We keep your business and site information for as long as you're a customer and as needed to provide the service. Visitor enquiry data is passed through to the business owner and not retained by us. You can request deletion (see below).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@pagefront.co. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable), and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
