Terms of Service

Plain-language terms for your website subscription, what you pay, how to leave, and who owns what.

Effective date: July 1, 2026

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you (the business owner, "you") and PageFrontCo LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as PageFront ("PageFront," "we," "us"). They cover the website we build and host for you and the subscription you pay for it. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms. Questions? Email info@pagefront.co.

2. What we provide

We design, build, host, and maintain a website for your business. Your plan determines what's included, see our pricing page for current details. In general:

  • Starter ($39/mo): a one-page website with hosting, SSL, backups, ongoing care and edits, and Google Business Profile upkeep.
  • Business ($69/mo) and Pro ($99/mo): everything in Starter plus additional pages and features as described on the pricing page.
  • Growth SEO add-on (+$199/mo): an optional ongoing search-optimization program, available separately.

We build your site from the information you provide. The more accurate and complete that information, the better the result. We may use trusted providers (such as Netlify, Cloudflare, Cloudinary, Stripe, Resend, and others) to deliver the service.

3. Free build, no setup cost

There is no upfront or setup fee. We build your initial site at no cost. You only pay the monthly (or annual) subscription once your site is live and you choose to keep it.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor, monthly on the day you subscribe, or annually if you choose the annual option. The annual option is priced at two months free (for example, $390/year for Starter). We don't store your card details; Stripe does.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required. We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice; your existing rate continues until the change takes effect at your next renewal.

5. No contract, cancel anytime

There is no minimum term and no contract. You can cancel anytime by emailing info@pagefront.co. When you cancel, your hosted site stays up through the end of the period you've already paid for, and then goes offline, unless you buy it out (see section 7). We don't charge a cancellation fee.

6. Refunds

Because there's no setup cost and you can cancel anytime, we keep refunds simple:

  • Monthly plans: we don't refund the current month, but you won't be billed again after you cancel.
  • Annual plans: if you cancel partway through a prepaid year, we'll refund the unused whole months remaining, on request.

7. Buying out your site

You can choose to buy out your site at any time. When you do, we hand over the complete website files (a self-contained folder of HTML, CSS, and images ready to host anywhere) and point your domain wherever you want. After a buyout you own the built site outright and owe us nothing further; ongoing hosting and care end.

The one-time buyout fee declines the longer you've been a customer:

When you buy outOne-time buyout fee
Months 1–12$500
Months 13–24$250
After 24 months$0, it's yours

A buyout covers the specific site we built for you. It does not include our master templates, our source tools, or any continuing service.

8. Who owns what

You always own your domain and your own contentyour photos, text, logo, and business information, at all times, whether you stay, cancel, or buy out. We never hold your domain or content hostage.

Until you complete a buyout, PageFrontCo LLC owns the website buildthe design, templates, and code we created. A buyout transfers the finished site files to you as described in section 7. Any third-party or stock content in your site remains subject to its own license.

9. Your domain

If you already have a domain, it stays yours and we simply connect it. If you'd like us to register one for you, we can, and it's still yours. Whenever you leave, by cancelling or buying out, we'll transfer or unlock your domain to you at no charge. You are responsible for any third-party domain registration fees.

10. Your responsibilities

You agree that you own or have the right to use any content, photos, and logos you give us, and that your business and website are lawful. You're responsible for keeping your login and account details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

11. If a payment fails

If a payment doesn't go through, we'll try again and let you know. If it stays unpaid, your service pauses and your hosted site comes down after a short grace period. You can restore it by bringing your account current. Your domain and content remain yours throughout.

12. No guaranteed results

We build you a professional, well-structured website and, on relevant plans, work to help you get found online. We can't and don't guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, or revenue, which depend on many factors outside our control.

13. Service availability

We aim for high uptime, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Hosting, DNS, and email delivery rely on third-party providers. We may perform maintenance and may update or improve the service over time.

14. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PageFront will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
